These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Partifier website (the “Site”) operated by Symphonic Hub SL (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal and professional purposes related to learning about and downloading Partifier. You agree not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, videos, logos and code — belongs to Symphonic Hub SL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify or redistribute it without prior written permission.
3. App downloads
Partifier is distributed through the Apple App Store and Mac App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to the End-User License Agreement (EULA) and to the terms of the relevant Apple store.
4. Third-party links
The Site may link to external services (such as the App Store or our other products). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symphonic Hub SL is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
