End-User License Agreement
Last updated: 12 May 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Symphonic Hub SL governing your use of the Partifier application (the “App”). By installing or using the App you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App.
- You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- You may not use the App to infringe third-party rights, including copyright in the music scores you process with it.
3. Your content
You retain all rights in the PDF scores and parts you create with the App. The App processes your files on-device. We never receive, store or access your scores.
4. Updates
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. This EULA covers any updates unless they come with their own license terms.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symphonic Hub SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or use, arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
This EULA remains in force until terminated. We may terminate it if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete the App.
8. Apple-specific terms
You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Symphonic Hub SL, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
9. Governing law
This EULA is governed by Spanish law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
